Leta & Don Cormier make functional & decorative high-fired stoneware & porcelain pottery. Their work is characterized by strong shapes, varied textures and deep, rich colors. Cormier pots are made to be used and to add beauty and pleasure to living. They can be equally at home in the kitchen for storing or preparing food; in the dining room for serving, eating and drinking; or for display anywhere in the house.
At Simply Whimsy Greetings & Gifts we currently produce handcrafted greeting cards, earrings and bracelets. Our greeting cards, tags, mini tags are all hand stamped and coloured using watercolours. We use a classic linen textured cardstock which is both lignin and acid free.
Our earrings and bracelets are crafted using sterling silver, silverplate, goldplate, semi-precious stones (e.g., agates, jaspers, fresh water pearls, jades, quartz, etc.). We use both surgical steel earring hooks (which are hypoallergenic) and gold plated hooks. Our charms and metal beads are either pewter or white metal. We do not use beads or pendants with a lead content.

Artist Ann Gruchy, a 'regular' at the Farmers' Market for ten seasons, displays her watercolours, acrylics, reproductions and cards.
Known for her intense watercolour images, she also creates textured, semi-abstract, mixed media works. She works and teaches out of her North Gower studio.
Ann will be at the market June 28, July 5,12 & 19, August 2 & 30, September 6 & 20 and October 4 & 11. For the days that Ann is not there, local artist Laverna Quinn will display her own work.
